Arrests

Mater Almishalawi, 52, of 167 North Common St., was arrested and charged with trespassing at 8:25 p.m. Friday.

Axel Chilel-Ramirez, 19, of 44 Trinity Ave., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage and on warrant charges of three counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, motor vehicle lights violation and alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle at 5:27 p.m. Friday.

Marco Deleon, 23, of 68 Henry Ave., was arrested and charged with improper operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 5:54 p.m. Saturday.

Hector Emiliano, of 308 High St., was arrested on a warrant charge of murder at 3:19 p.m. Friday.

Michael Fromer, of 29 Lambert Ave., was arrested and charged with violation of the city knife ordinance and on warrant charges of armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation at 3:46 a.m. Saturday.

Isaiah Gonzalez, 21, was arrested and charged with larceny at 9:54 a.m. Saturday.

Braulio Juarez-Tomas, 34, of 13 South Elm St., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 7:53 a.m. Friday.

Rebecca Kennedy, of 374 Chatham St., was arrested on warrant charges of armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation at 3:49 a.m. Saturday.

Felipe Martin, 23, of 22 Moulton St., was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of personal injury at 9:34 p.m. Friday.

Tharith Mom, 47, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection/sticker at 12:11 p.m. Saturday.

Gabriel Smith, 28, of 45 Marianna St., was arrested and charged with larceny at 8:02 a.m. Saturday.

Leonel Vasquez-Maz­ariegos, 21, of 87 Bailey St., Lawrence, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 8:05 p.m. Saturday.

Sillas Vilme, 44, of 45 Dolphin Ave., Revere, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and reckless operation of a motor vehicle at 7:45 p.m. Friday.

Theft

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:54 p.m. Friday on Pleasant Street. Heavy damage to a police was reported. At least one person was taken to Salem Hospital; at 6:36 a.m. Sunday on Atlantic Avenue.

Complaints

A report of cars rushing lights at 7:46 a.m. Friday at Humphrey and Pleasant streets. A caller requested an officer be stationed at the high school in the morning. He said people are running lights and almost hitting kids in crosswalks. The caller feels it is a dangerous situation.

A caller reported it looked like a passenger was holding a gun out the window of a car at 10:44 a.m. Friday. The caller reported it was a white male passenger with five days of beard growth and the passenger was holding a pistol aimed at a police officer’s house. Police stopped the car and reported the male passengers from Spain were using a drone and have paperwork permitting its use.

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 4:08 p.m. Saturday on Washington Street. An employee reported two girls stole some jewelry from the store.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 3:15 p.m. Friday on Wyman Road. A caller reported there were kids on the tennis courts at Seaside. She said there is a shed in the middle and the kids were in there throwing things and smearing things on the door. Police reported there was tennis equipment strewn about and glass on the courts but there were no kids there when officers responded. Kids had smeared mud on the shed and thrown tennis balls around.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 10:22 a.m. Friday on Burrill Street; at 5:42 p.m. Friday at High School at 200 Essex St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:26 p.m. Friday at 312 Humphrey St.; at 2:02 p.m. Saturday at CVS at 413 Paradise Road; at 8:06 p.m. Saturday at Cindy’s Superette at 653 Humphrey St.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 10:17 p.m. Friday at Mission on the Bay at 141 Humphrey St.; at 11:26 p.m. Friday at 24 Columbia St.; at 11:17 p.m. Saturday at 100 Vantage Terrace.

Theft
