Wualmer Guzman, 33, of 36 Oak St., Peabody, was arrested and charged with nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, disguise to obstruct justice, destruction of property and on warrant charges of two counts of disguise to obstruct justice, two counts of leaving the scene of property damage, two counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, OUI liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle at 5:44 a.m. Sunday.
Derrick Hall, 52, was arrested and charged with drinking in public, trespassing and on warrant charges of drinking in public, trespassing and disturbing the peace at 3:37 p.m. Friday.
Jon Ianosca, 45, of 52 Rainbow Drive, Londonderry, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with malicious wanton property defacement at 11:29 a.m. Friday.
Dario Kaivas, 25, of 17 Maple St., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection/sticker and on warrant charges of number plate violation to conceal, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt at 6:28 p.m. Saturday.

Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 2:10 a.m. Saturday at Peach Highlands and Intrepid Circle. A caller reported there were two males with flashlights looking through cars. Police reported the people in question were a friend assisting another friend with adding fuel into his vehicle.
A report of gunshots at 12:28 a.m. Sunday at Commercial Street and Atlantic Avenue. Multiple callers reported gunshots. Each caller reported a different number of gunshots, from four up to six. An off-duty officer reported he heard what sounded like fireworks. Police checked the areas reported and found nothing.

The man then reportedly proceeded to follow the teenager through the complex.
