LYNN — A 37-year-old man is facing drug distribution charges after police found heroin and cocaine at his Silsbee Street residence Friday morning.
Shortly after 6 a.m., police executed a search warrant at 67 Silsbee St., which was a result of a Lynn Police Drug Task Force investigation into possible drug dealing at that building, Lynn Police Lt. Michael Kmiec said.
Police seized 12 grams of heroin, 10 grams of cocaine and $373 in cash, Kmiec said.
The man, whose name isn’t being released by police, was issued a summons for heroin and cocaine possession with intent to distribute, Kmiec said.
Kmiec said the man wasn’t arrested because of extenuating circumstances with his overall health and the fact that he was cooperative with police. He will appear in Lynn District Court at a later date.
