Arrests

Pedro Carrillo, of 76 Margin St., Salem, was arrested on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes violation at 2:54 p.m. Sunday.

Alexis Gewlas, 35, of 45 Wamesit St., Lowell, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession at 2:04 p.m. Monday.

Oneill Gonzalez, 24, of 38 Hanover St., was arrested on warrant charges of drug possession with intent to distribute, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor at 10:34 p.m. Sunday.

Patrice Jacobs, 44, of 11 Silloway St., Dorchester, was arrested on a warrant charge of drug possession with intent to distribute at 12:48 p.m. Monday.

Kamisha Lee, 31, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, urinating in public and indecent exposure at 3:35 p.m. Monday.

Aramis Lopez, 34, of 168 Fletcher St., Lowell, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to signal at 12:11 p.m. Monday.

Michael McNeil, 35, of 749 Summer St., was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession at 2:01 p.m. Monday.

Jacquelyn Ward, 24, of 58 Cottage St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 6:30 p.m. Sunday

A report of a disturbance at 10:28 p.m. Friday on Phillips Road; at 12:18 a.m. Sunday at 755 Walnut St. and 35 Mansfield Road.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 11:56 a.m. Saturday at 1115 Market St.; at 2:14 p.m. Saturday at 243 Summer St.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:51 a.m. Sunday on Seaview Avenue

Complaints

A car was reportedly keyed at 10:16 a.m. Sunday on Barnard Hawkes Court. A caller reported someone vandalized his vehicle and thought it was a neighbor.

A caller reported a male went into the crowd and dropped a knapsack, and was standing by the bag waiting for police at 8:12 p.m. Sunday on Front Street. The caller later reported that the male returned to retrieve the bag after he accidentally dropped it.

Graffiti on the seawall from about a week ago was reported at 6:19 a.m. Monday on Bass Rock Lane.

Arrests

Ricardo Matul, 24, of 98 Laighton St., Apt. 3R, Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection/sticker at 4:52 p.m. Sunday.

Brandon Traina, 27, of 250 George Road, Apt. 7F, Cliffside Park, New Jersey, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 11:13 p.m. Sunday.

A report of a disturbance at 4:53 p.m. Sunday at 35 Rockdale Ave.; at 8:39 p.m. Sunday at Sonic Drive-In at 55 Newbury St. A caller reported a man threw money in her face; at 9:51 p.m. Sunday at 27 Longview Way; at 10:29 p.m. Sunday at 7 Goldberg Road. A caller reported that a man in a black pickup truck pulled a handgun on her son, and then left the area in a car. Police spoke to the caller who wasn’t sure if the dark object in the suspect’s hand was a gun; at 5:36 a.m. Monday at South Memorial School at 24 Maple St.; at 8:30 a.m. Monday at 3 Oak St.; at 11:47 a.m. Monday at 76 Lowell St.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 11:36 p.m. Sunday at 6 Ayer St. A caller reported seeing a person smash a vehicle window. Police reported a passenger side door was smashed, but nothing was taken from the car.
