LYNN

Arrests

Anastasia Beckley, 28, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug at 3:15 p.m. Monday.

Matthew Kuzmin, 38, of 22 Parker Hill Ave., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and motor vehicle lights violation at 6:47 p.m. Monday.

James Medaglia, 43, of 23 Maple St., Merrimack, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday.

Jeisson Sanchez, 24, of 27 North Franklin St., was arrested and charged with heroin trafficking, drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate the drug law and violation of the city knife ordinance at 8:09 p.m. Monday.

Wilfredo Sanchez, 46, of 45 Thistle St., was arrested on warrant charges of five counts of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, state highway traffic violation, motorcycle equipment violation, no inspection/sticker, motor vehicle not meeting safety standards, OUI drugs, number plate violation to conceal, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle/trailer at 12:52 a.m. Tuesday.

Adrian Santana, 24, of 479 Broadway, was arrested and charged with heroin trafficking, drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate the drug law, motor vehicle lights violation, violation of the city knife ordinance and marked lanes violation at 7:51 p.m. Monday.

MARBLEHEAD

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 8:44 a.m. Monday on Gingerbread Hill Road. A man reported that his garage was broken into, with damage to the floor. Nothing was reported missing.

Complaints

A report of missing money at 10:26 a.m. Monday on Bessom Street. Soall Bistro reported that money was missing from their cash deposit box.

A caller reported he receives medication delivery from Marblehead Pharmacy and that he was shortchanged at 2:58 p.m. Monday on Linden Street. He had a delivery that morning and handed the delivery man a $20 bill, expecting $15 in change, but only received $12. He thought the delivery man was trying to “run out” without giving him the correct change. Police asked the caller if he ended up receiving the correct amount of change, and he replied “yes I did but that is not the point.” The caller was offered the chance to speak with an officer in person, but refused saying “I have doctors’ appointments and don’t want an officer right now.” He was advised to file a report, but hung up.

Theft

A report of motor vehicle theft at 6:18 p.m. Monday on Rolleston Road. A woman reported her son stole her vehicle and pocketbook.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 9:33 a.m. Monday on Washington Street.


PEABODY

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:55 p.m. Monday at 52 Aborn St.; at 7:49 p.m. Monday at Nordstrom at 210N Andover St.; at 8:08 a.m. Tuesday on Hilltop Drive.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 8:48 p.m. Monday on Newbury Street. One person was taken to Union Hospital.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 4:07 p.m. Monday at 6 Sylvia Road. A woman reported that about two weeks ago, she had three rings go missing from her residence. There is a possible suspect; at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday at 16 Crowninshield Street. A woman reported that someone went into her unlocked car and took her purse.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 6:13 p.m. Monday at 22 Warren St. A woman reported eggs were thrown at her motor vehicle on Thanksgiving morning. The woman thinks she has a suspect.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:04 a.m. Monday on Revere Beach Parkway; at 12:01 p.m. Monday at Volare on Broadway; at 12:12 p.m. Monday at Stop & Shop on Squire Road; at 12:17 p.m. Monday at T-Mobile on Everett Street; at 12:22 p.m. Monday at Central Avenue and Broadway; at 2:06 p.m. Monday on Copeland Circle; at 2:57 p.m. Monday on American Legion Highway; at 4:19 p.m. Monday at Staples on VFW Parkway. Wilmer Vanegas, 32, of 221 Essex St., Lynn, was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; at 7:11 p.m. Monday at Mobil Gas Station on Squire Road. Henry Erazo-Galan, 32, of 6 W Eagle St., Apt. 2, East Boston, was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; at 7:40 p.m. Monday at John Mooney Road and Beach Street.

A report of an assault and battery at 2:20 a.m. Monday on Shirley Avenue.
