Complaints
A report of a man on a green bike at 2:45 p.m. Friday on West Shore Drive. A caller reported a man on the path looked like the man who had exposed himself. He was on a green bike. An officer could not find anyone matching the description.
A caller reported that the crossing guard at Humphrey and Maple streets just hit her car with his stop sign at 2:49 p.m. Friday. She reported the light was solid yellow and as she went by the crossing guard, he stepped out and hit her with his sign. The sign hit the back door and gas cap on the passenger side and she reported the car was scratched, but not dented.
A report of a disturbance at 1:03 a.m. Saturday on Washington Street. A caller reported there was a woman chasing her in the area of Abbot Hall. She thought the person was intoxicated and further stated the woman assaulted her. Two women were taken to the hospital.
A report of kids stealing a CVS shopping cart at 4:13 p.m. Saturday on Atlantic Avenue. The cart was returned.
A caller reported her neighbors have been very loud and using foul language at 6:41 p.m. Saturday on Guernsey Street. She stated that it was primarily a teenage boy and his friend. When she asked them to stop, they told her (expletive) you, you (expletive) and repeatedly called her an (expletive) old lady. She stated that it was not the first time she had issues with them and that earlier, she saw them shooting at some bird with a BB gun.

A report of a larceny at 12:05 a.m. Saturday at Peabody Coffee House at 59 Walnut St. A caller reported her dumpster was stolen; at 9:20 a.m. Saturday at 45 King St. A caller reported a missing checkbook, savings book and cash. The door to the residence was unlocked; at 8:30 a.m. Sunday at 52 Nancy Ave. A caller reported her diamond ring, emerald ring and two bracelets were stolen.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 12:18 p.m. Saturday at 1 Andover Drive. A motor vehicle with damage due to BB gun fire was reported; at 9:48 a.m. Sunday at 50 Northend St. A caller reported the porta potty was pushed over in the park and damaged his fence.
