A report of suspicious activity at 1:25 p.m. Monday at Seaview and Atlantic avenues. A caller reported that while taking her dog out early that morning, she noticed a white Mercedes car in a parking lot on Seaview Avenue that had been sitting for a while. She stated that as she passed, it appeared that it would be leaving and when it did, it drove past her slowly, before turning around and driving by her slowly again. She was unsure if it was following her and thought that it might have been involved in some drug activity; at 8:31 p.m. Monday on Ocean Avenue. A caller reported two vehicles that were putting cones across the causeway. The caller stated they took the cones and drove off, throwing them into the ocean on the harbor side of the causeway before driving away. There were also smashed pumpkins reported in the area on the harbor side. An officer was unable to locate anything.
