LYNN — Wanda Lee (Carroll) Kneath, age 73 and a longtime resident of Lynn, passed away in the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers on Monday, Aug. 22, 2016 with her family by her side.
Born in Lampasas, Texas, on April 27, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Edgar C. and Vada L. (Phears) Carroll. She was raised and educated in Texas. She met and married her sweetheart, Charles A. Kneath, in 1958 before eventually settling in Massachusetts in 1966. The couple met and married while Charles was serving in the armed services and they spent over 46 years in marriage together until Charles preceded her in death in April of 2005.
Wanda was employed for 25 years with Ocso Drug located on State Street in Lynn before her retirement. In her spare time, Wanda enjoyed tending to her beautiful English tea garden as well as shopping around. She loved to be immersed in music and nothing was more important to her than spending time with her loving family.
Wanda is survived by her devoted children, Anna Marie Carroll of Lynn, Christopher Kneath of Colorado Springs, Colo., Barbara Kneath-Molinari of Lynn, Charles P. Kneath and his significant other, Lee-Ann Psheyouas of Lynn and David B. Kneath and his significant other, Kim Mello of Lynn; her loving grandchildren, Billy Molinari and his fiancé Jennifer Barrett of Lynn, Stephen Molinari of Lynn, Nick and Elizabeth Kneath of Wisconsin, Christopher Carroll and his fiancé Kerrie Howard of Swampscott, Tracie Velazquez and her husband Michael of Lynn and Stevie Carroll, and her beloved great-grandchildren, Jessinia Lee Wyatt and Ava and Mila Rose. She is also survived by her siblings, Francis LaComb, Maryann Anderson and Sue Cormack and her husband Larry, all of Texas, as well as survived by many nieces and nephews. Wanda was preceded in death by four siblings.
