Arrests

Elodia Carrillo, 47, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and trespassing at 4:04 p.m. Sunday.

Terrel Payne, 21, of 95 Woodman St., was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and on a warrant charge of destruction of property more than $250 at 8:51 p.m. Sunday.

Oliver Taylor, 26, of 95 Pleasant St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon at 8:48 p.m. Sunday.

MARBLEHEAD

Theft

A report of a bike stolen from the garage at 9:47 a.m. Sunday on Humphrey Street. A caller reported a bike stolen from the garage. The man reported he has been out of town since July 11 and is missing a gray/silver Fuji mountain bike with a man’s frame. A matching bike with a female frame is still in the garage.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 3:25 a.m. Monday on Laurel Street. A caller reported she observed three men break into her unlocked car. She stated they stole four $20 bills, rummaged through her glove box and popped her trunk open. Nothing else was taken.

Carlos Castaneda, 39, of 59 Home St., Malden, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield at 5:31 p.m. Friday.

Preston Clinton, 30, of 755 E 7th St., Boston, was arrested on a warrant at 4:05 a.m. Sunday.

A report of an assault and battery at 10:18 a.m. Sunday on Central Street. A woman reported there was a man on the ground stating that he was assaulted. The man was transported to Salem Hospital. William Gallant, 56, of 16 Mildred St., Lynn, was cited for assault and battery.

A report of a bat in the house at 8:55 p.m. Sunday at 3 Clooney Terrace.

Fire

A report of a structure fire at 9:45 a.m. Saturday at 32 Curwen Road and 11 Randall Road. An officer reported a trailer on fire at the construction site.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 4:12 p.m. Friday on Sewall Street; at 1:15 p.m. Saturday on Donegal Road. A man was transported to Lahey North.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 3:06 p.m. Sunday at Silva & Son Landscaping at 25 Driscoll St. The homeowner reported a safe was stolen from the house, containing approximately $10,000. There are no signs of forced entry.

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 3:02 a.m. Monday at 12 Park St.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 9:21 a.m. Saturday at Elegant Paw & Spa at 649 Lowell St. The owner reported someone threw a drink at the window overnight.

Arrests

Hisham Ali, 39, of 25 Rock Valley Ave., Everett, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs, third offense and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense at 12:56 p.m. Saturday.

Arlene May Berry, 35, of 229 Cooledge St., was arrested on warrants at 9:44 p.m. Saturday.

Melissa Cannatelli, 19, of 165 Mountain Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation at 5:48 p.m. Friday.

Kenny M. David, 30, homeless in Somerville, was arrested and charged with two counts of threat to commit crime, building breaking and entering nighttime for a felony, assault and battery, violation of the city ordinance for rude and disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and vandalizing property at 11:20 p.m. Saturday.

Adrian J. Garcia, 21, of 218 Hovey Terrace, Apt. 2, Lynn, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 7:07 p.m. Saturday.

Raul A. Ortiz, 32, of 181 Highland St., Apt. 302, Chelsea, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 7:32 p.m. Sunday.

Maxima L. Parkinson, 31, of 3 Monarch Lane, Claremont, N.H., was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation at 12:13 p.m. Friday.

Complaints

A report of property damage at 11:53 a.m. Friday at Legend Boutique at 163 Lincoln Ave. A caller reported one of the windows at his business was shot at with a pellet gun and is cracked. An officer reported the front window and door pane have been hit with the pellets.

A report of a disturbance at 10:21 p.m. Friday at Kasabuski Bros. Memorial Arena at 201 Forest Ave. A caller reported a group of five to six youths chasing after vehicles and yelling; at 4:23 p.m. Saturday at Roller World at 425 Broadway; at 7:31 p.m. Saturday at Eustis and Warden streets; at 12:03 a.m. Sunday at 41 Bow St.; at 6:19 p.m. Sunday at Saugus Public Library at 295 Central St. A caller reported a group of teens rolling a tire across the street and playing catch with it

A report of a mattress located in the travel lane at 6:32 p.m. Sunday on Broadway. Officers removed it.

Fire

A report of an outside fire at 10:06 a.m. Saturday at 57 Fairmount Ave. The backyard fire was extinguished by the homeowner.  

Theft

A report of motor vehicle theft at 12:48 p.m. Friday at Eastern Bank at 605 Broadway. A caller reported his vehicle was stolen but later called back to say it was never taken and just parked in a different location.

A report of a larceny at 4:57 p.m. Saturday at Petco at 682 Broadway. A caller reported leaving his wallet at check-out and later returned to find it gone. Video surveillance showed that it was stolen; at 11:37 p.m. Saturday at The Continental Restaurant at 266 Broadway. A caller reported her wallet was taken from her purse. An officer reported the wallet was recovered but credit cards were missing; at 3:58 p.m. Sunday at Super Petroleum at 1330 Broadway. A woman reported her iPhone was taken from her vehicle while she was inside the gas station.
