LYNN

Arrests

Jasier Cancel, 21, of 604 Essex St., was arrested and charged with trespassing and on warrant charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery at 8:14 p.m. Tuesday.

Earl Colby, 24, of 82 Wyman St., was arrested on warrant charges of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding at 8:28 a.m. Wednesday.

Anthony Greeley, of 134 Pemberton St., Revere, was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting by asportation more than $100, assault with a dangerous weapon, attempt to commit crime, receiving stolen property less than $250, receiving stolen property more than $250, receiving stolen property, being present where heroin is kept and larceny more than $250 at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday.

Richard Griffin, of 45 Kirtland St., was arrested on warrant charges of burn personalty and destruction of property more than $250 at 9:37 a.m. Wednesday.

Shannice Molina, 20, of 21 Shepard St., was arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Gilberto Navarro, 45, of 95 Lynnway, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 2:52 p.m. Tuesday.

Jose Ortega, of 23 West Green St., was arrested on a warrant at 4:46 p.m. Tuesday.

Nicole Sbraccia, 34, of 91 Liberty St., was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee, possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class C drug at 12:49 a.m. Wednesday.

Luis Solorzano, of 45 Marianna St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, use of a motor vehicle without authority, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, improper turn and speeding at 7:03 a.m. Wednesday.

Robert Tate, of 102 Hanover St., was arrested on a warrant charge of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 11:23 a.m. Wednesday.

Anthony Wheeler, 34, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug and on warrant charges of three counts of trespassing, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, possession of a Class E drug, armed robbery, home invasion and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 11:56 p.m. Tuesday.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A report of two young girls doing donuts in the parking lot at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday on Pleasant Street.

Theft

A report of a bike taken at 8:31 a.m. Tuesday on Stratford Road. A man reported he had a blue cannondale bike stolen from his garage. An officer reported the bike was recovered not far from his residence. It was left in a yard where another bike was stolen from a shed.

A report of stolen scrap metal at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday on Rowland Street. An officer reported the contractor took the scrap metal by accident and was coming back to return it.


PEABODY

Arrest

Princewell U. Amadi, 23, of 12 Pope St., Apt. A902, Salem, was arrested and charged with a number plate violation and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday at 65 Andover St.; at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday at 71 County St.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 8:21 a.m. Wednesday at 17 Shore Drive.

Complaints

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 3:59 p.m. Tuesday at 27 Birch St. A caller reported a pick-up truck in front of her house and a person ringing the doorbell she does not know.

A report of five people involved in possible drug transactions at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday at 28 Sunset Drive.

A report of a disturbance at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday at Veterans Memorial Drive at 27 Longview Way; at 10:48 p.m. Tuesday at 75 Walnut St.; at 7:23 a.m. Wednesday at Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St.

A report of suspicious activity at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday at 4903 Heatherwood Lane. A caller reported three men walking around with some sort of light and that they are foreign to the neighborhood. An officer reported the two people were fishing at the nearby pond.

A report of a city ordinance violation at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday at Dunkin Donuts at 3 Central St. A man reported evening undesirables disrupting business in his lot and the central street lot by being rowdy and fighting. He also reported the vagrant loitering around and leaving behind a trash-filled polluted area that he finds himself continually picking up after; at 9:57 a.m. Wednesday at Municipal Parking Lot on Central Street. A man reported he is approached by an undesirable panhandler every night. He stated he would like to sit in the square every night without being panhandled by the man.

Fire

A report of a fire at 5:08 a.m. Wednesday at Wood Trucking at 13 Lakeland Park Drive. An officer was investigating heavy smoke conditions in the area and reported a mulch pile at the business was being extinguished by firefighters.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 10:02 a.m. Tuesday at Riverbank Road and Hamilton Street. A motor vehicle into a house was reported with small vehicle fire; at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday at 315 Central St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:29 p.m. Tuesday at Stop & Shop at 180 Main St.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 7:04 a.m. Tuesday at 11 Davis St. A caller reported three males broke into her home between the hours of 6 and 7 a.m. She stated access was gained through a closed window after removing the screen. At this time, she is aware of two cell phones missing. Her grandson was home at the time of the break and was woken by one man asking for a cigarette. She stated she believes she knows the three males who were in her home.

Fire

A report of an outside fire at 8:21 p.m. Tuesday on Walnut Street. A caller reported an outside fire near the Lynnfield line; at 9:48 p.m. Tuesday at Lynn Woods West Side on Dell Avenue. A caller reported an outside fire in the Lynn Woods on the west side close to Route 1 by the dam; at 5:44 a.m. Wednesday on Standish Terrace. A caller reported an outside brush fire at the end of the street.
