SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. – Jodi B. Gold-McFarland, 46, of South Windsor, Conn., entered into rest Saturday, July 16, 2016, at the Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Conn. Born in Lynn, she was the beloved daughter of Alan and Irma (Lipsky) Gold of South Windsor, Conn.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her devoted son, Drew McFarland of South Windsor, two loving brothers, David Gold and his wife, Kim, of Agawam and Robert Gold and his wife, Alison, of Vernon, Conn., two cherished nieces, Kylee Gold, Sabrina Christie and one cherished nephew, Maxwell Gold, aunts and uncles, Arlene Dacey and her husband, Thomas, of Beverly and Beverly Hoffman and her husband, Marvin, of Boynton Beach, Fla., Sydney Gold and his wife, Feiga, of Peabody, Wendy Raifman and her husband, Stuart, of Sharon. Jodi is also survived by many close cousins. She was also the adored granddaughter of the late Jacob and Lillian (Magnet) Lipsky, and Simon and Ruth Gold, and the dear niece of Harry “Happy” Lipsky.
Service information: Services at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin St., Salem, on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at 12 Noon. Interment at Anshe Sfard Cemetery, Danvers. Memorial observance following the interment on Tuesday, until 8 p.m., on Wednesday, and Thursday 1-8 p.m., at the home of Arlene and Thomas Dacey.
