LYNN

Arrests

Lauren Bates, of 8 Joyce St., was arrested on a warrant charge of refusing to produce a DNA database sample at 10:38 a.m. Wednesday.

David Brids, of 35 Armstrong Circle, Braintree, was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, armed assault to murder, three counts of drug possession to distribute, conspiracy to violate the drug law, distribution of a Class E drug, failure to stop/yield, failure to yield at intersection and no inspection/sticker at 5:23 p.m. Tuesday.

William Deleon, 30, of 49 Beacon Hill Ave., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Bennie Elmore, of 35 Salem St., was arrested on a warrant charge of larceny from building at 3:56 a.m. Wednesday.

Robert Furtick, 38, of 8 Joyce St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest and on warrant charges of five counts of larceny more than $250 and two counts of uttering a false check at 1:27 p.m. Wednesday.

Sheila Kelley, 46, of 126 Union St., was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug at 11:01 a.m. Wednesday.

Brian Newman, of 8 Joyce St., was arrested on warrant charges of larceny from building and trespassing at 10:44 a.m. Wednesday.

Brandy Pelechowicz, 33, was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

William Reardon, 33, of 16 Hanover St., was arrested and charged with possession of a Class E drug at 10:34 p.m. Tuesday.

Corey Rezendes, 24, of 63 Lynnway, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property more than $250 at 8:26 a.m. Wednesday.

Brian Richardson, 30, of 36 South Warren St., Bradford, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, violation of the city knife ordinance and possession of a Class B drug at 10:34 p.m. Tuesday.

Kevin Simon, 30, of 20 East Highland St., was arrested and charged with violation of the open container law at 7:41 p.m. Tuesday.

Michael Tunis, 35, of 738 Hyde Park Ave., Roslindale, was arrested and charged with no inspection/sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 6:48 a.m. Wednesday.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a cruiser sideswiped at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday on Tedesco Street. While conducting a motor vehicle stop, an officer’s cruiser was sideswiped.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday on Churchill Road.

Complaints

A report of a needle at the beach at 10:42 a.m. Tuesday on Ocean Avenue.

A report of plants taken from a planter at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on Orne Street. A woman reported someone stole her planters in front of the house. She did not want to see an officer and has replaced her flowers.

A report of too many boats tied together at 7:23 p.m. Tuesday on Brown’s Island. A caller reported he was sitting on his porch watching about four boats rafted together in Doliber Cove. He said the boats are seriously overloaded and the boats come racing into shore. He said it was a bit of a dangerous situation. He reported a little rubber boat had eight people on board.

A report of suspicious activity at 3:40 a.m. Wednesday on Glendale Road. A caller reported his 10-year-old son observed two men enter his backyard. Nothing is missing, broken or moved in the area.


NAHANT

Arrest

Christopher Allen Johnson, 44, of 7 Thatcher St., Hyde Park, was arrested and charged with motor vehicle lights violation, OUI liquor second offense, motor vehicle operation to endanger, possession of an open container in a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation at 1:32 a.m. Wednesday.


PEABODY

Arrests

Alexander Gomez, 24, of 34 Smith St., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and motor vehicle operator refuses to identify self at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday.

Patricia Y. Lahens, 25, of 889 Harrison Ave., Boston, was arrested and charged with two counts of larceny more than $250, two counts of larceny more than $250 by false pretense, two counts of uttering a false document, credit card fraud more than $250 and larceny from building at 6:29 p.m. Tuesday.

Michael W. Lapointe, 24, of 8 Jewett Road, Beverly, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class C drug at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday.

Raymond Rogalski, 24, of 4 Gary Ave., Beverly, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class C drug at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday.  

John A. Serodio, 26, of 36 Paleologos St., was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug and disorderly conduct at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday at 37 Harris St.; at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday at 68 Pierpont St. and 92 Aborn St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday at 101 Lowell St.; at 6:58 a.m. Wednesday at George Peabody House at 205 Washington St.; at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday at 2 Gardner St. and 13 Pulaski St.; at 9:08 a.m. Wednesday at 2 Paleologos St. and 62 Walnut St.

Complaints

A report of cows at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday at 43 North Central St. A caller reported three cows in the backyard. The caller later stated there were 10 to 12 cows now loose. Officers assisted the staff of Dunajski Dairy in bringing the cows back to their pen.

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday at 35 Veterans Memorial Drive. A caller reported a neighbor was chasing after her kids with a stick.

Fire

A report of a motorcycle fire at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday at 11 Tara Road. A caller reported the fire in the attached garage.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 3:09 a.m. Wednesday on Littles Lane. One person was transported to Salem Hospital.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 6:29 p.m. Tuesday at Sears at 210S Andover St. A caller reported her wallet was stolen out of her office. Patricia Y. Lahens, of Boston, was arrested; at 8:12 p.m. Tuesday at J.C. Penny at 210J Andover St.

Tyler J. Agersea, 24, of 367 Beach St., was arrested on a warrant at 12:14 a.m. Tuesday.

Joseph M. Dinapoli, 64, of 175 Charger St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, attempt to commit crime and possession of a Class B drug at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday.

Erica J. Leone, 29, of 127 Newman St., Apt. 2B, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and intimidating a witness at 4:39 p.m. Tuesday.

Arrest

Robert Caprano, of 57 Reading Hill Ave., Melrose, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation at 6:49 p.m. Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:49 p.m. Tuesday at 117 Howard St. A caller reported following an erratic driver. She further reported the vehicle struck a pole with the driver still inside. Robert Caprano was arrested.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 6:16 p.m. Tuesday at 304 Lincoln Ave. A caller reported seeing an older white man with a beard reach into a van and steal a cell phone.

Complaints

A report of graffiti at 12:08 p.m. Tuesday on Lincoln Avenue. An officer reported the bus stop has been tagged.


SWAMPSCOTT

Complaints

A report of a prowler at 2:16 a.m. Wednesday at 4 Elwin St. A caller reported being awakened by someone shining a flashlight in her first floor window from the porch.

Fire

A report of a light fixture on fire at 8:48 p.m. Tuesday at Panera Bread at 433 Paradise Road.
