A report of a larceny at 11:15 p.m. Sunday at 858 Western Ave.; at 8:01 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 579 Boston St.


MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A report of a stick thrown at 2:20 p.m. Sunday on Rose Avenue. A caller reported driving on the street and a stick was thrown at his motor vehicle. He saw a boy there and returned to the scene. The caller had a heated exchange with the adults at the address and wanted police assistance. The boy who threw the stick was picked up by his mother and the adults were told to keep the kids out of the tree.

A report of an assist citizen at 4:53 p.m. Sunday on Washington Street. An employee was looking to close Abbot Hall but she believed someone might be in the basement. She would like an officer to assist in clearing the building as she does not want to do it alone.

Fire

A report of a fire at 11:20 a.m. Sunday on Lincoln Park. A caller reported that her dryer machine had smoke coming out. Fire Department responded and reported an issue with the dryer.

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:34 a.m. Sunday on Smith Street. A contractor working on Sunday had a piece of equipment stolen from where he set it on the sidewalk.


PEABODY

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:46 p.m. Sunday at PF Chang’s China Bistro at 210P Andover St.; at 1:49 p.m. Sunday at 50 Margin St. and 93 Gardner St.; at 9:45 p.m. Sunday at McDonalds at 133 Main St. A caller reported a taxi struck the building. A juvenile was transported to North Shore Children’s Hospital; at 11:16 a.m. Monday at 243 Washington St. and 1 Allens Lane.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 3:53 p.m. Sunday on Andover Street. The victim reported the suspect slapped and punched her several times and then left the area. The victim refused medical treatment. Ana S. Baldritch, 49, of 8 Bremen St., Boston, was summoned for assault and battery, malicious destruction of property less than $250, malicious destruction of property more than $250 and two counts of receiving stolen property less than $250.

A report of a disturbance at 6:34 p.m. Sunday at 12 Jacobs St.; at 8:14 p.m. Sunday at 6 Reed Road; at 9:14 p.m. Sunday at 1 Macarthur Road; at 10:09 p.m. Sunday at 1 Macarthur Road; at 12:05 a.m. Monday at 45 Endicott St.; at 12:11 a.m. Monday at Northfield Properties at 65 Main St. A caller reported a person playing a piano on the sidewalk; at 7:35 a.m. Monday at 109 Main St.

A report of a fight at 10:53 p.m. Sunday at 17 Paleologos St. A caller reported 20 people involved. The involved people left before officers arrived.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 10:07 a.m. Monday at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates at 2 Essex Center Drive. Security reported $50 to $100 worth of mulch was stolen. The mulch was returned.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 2:43 p.m. Sunday at Higgins Field. A caller reported two motor vehicles possibly damaging the new field. An officer confirmed damage to the field and the gate was left unlocked.


SWAMPSCOTT

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:38 p.m. Sunday at Vinnin Mobil at 525 Paradise Road.

Complaints

A report of a dead cat in the road at 12:50 a.m. Sunday at 484 Humphrey St.

Overdose

A report of a possible overdose at 3:40 a.m. Monday on Prospect Street. A caller stated her daughter took a bunch of pills.
