Lynn

Arrests

Sara Lazarus, 23, of 29 Congress St. was arrested 11:38 p.m. Friday on a warrant charge for destruction of property and an arrest charge of a default warrant.

Marvin Gomez, 31, of 30 Franklin St. was arrested 12:11 a.m. Saturday on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and on a warrant charge for refusing to provide a DNA database sample.

Juan Lopez, 30, of 16 Cedar St. was arrested 10:13 p.m. Saturday on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, second offense, and operating on a suspended license.

Rafael Garcia, 27, of 19 Cottage St. was arrested at 12:11 a.m. Sunday on charges of disorderly conduct, failure to disperse, resisting arrest, and violation of the city knife ordinance.

John Mitchell, 52, of 498 Essex St. was arrested on a warrant charge of juror failure to attend and arrest charges of a straight warrant and wanton malicious defacement.

Jael Figueroa Adams, 28, of 39 Park St., Salem was arrested at 5:05 a.m. Sunday on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Eric Ovando, 29, of 231 Bruce St., Lawrence was arrested 5:05 a.m. Sunday on charges assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Joshua Kalloger, 32, was arrested at 8:33 a.m. Sunday on warrant charges of larceny over $250, trespass, and receiving stolen property, as well as an arrest charge for being a fugitive from justice on court.

Latrell Ayers, 32, was arrested at 11 a.m. Sunday on charges of receiving a stolen vehicle, as well as Class B and Class C drug possession.

James Nutton, 35, of 26 Essex Circle was arrested 11:08 a.m. Sunday on two warrant charges of trespass and an arrest charge of receiving a stolen vehicle.

Ruth Delacruz, 33, was arrested at 11:42 a.m. Sunday on charges of receiving a stolen vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

A report of larceny at 11:33 a.m. Saturday at 166 Washington St.; at 10:26 a.m. Friday at 22 Warren St. #21.

A report of shoplifting at 2:53 p.m. Friday at 21 State St.; at 11:57 a.m. Friday at 841 Western Ave.

A report of motor vehicle theft at 12:11 a.m. Friday at 6 Commercial St.

Vandalism

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 8:35 a.m. Sunday at 6 Mariana St.; at 6:02 a.m. Saturday at 86 Kirkland St.; at 7:08 a.m. Saturday at 97 Empire St.


Marblehead

Complaints

A report of a water problem at 4 p.m. Friday at the shelter on Village Street. The caller said it needed to be addressed because it was flooding the litter boxes and couldn’t be shut off.  

A report of neighbors setting off fireworks at 10:17 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant and Hewitt streets. The neighbors denied setting them off, saying they heard fireworks too. Police were unable to locate fireworks in the area.

A caller reported being harassed by another motor vehicle operator at 7:09 a.m. Sunday at Lincoln Ave. The operator yelled ethnic obscenities at her, which her son stated has happened in the past. The offending operator was driving a black van with stickers on the back.

Vandalism

A report of graffiti at 5:46 p.m. Friday on Ocean Avenue. A kayaker reported lewd and anti-semitic messages on the seawall. At 8:11 p.m., a walk-in reported more graffiti on the rocks behind Seaside Park near the Chestnut Street side. It appeared to be the same paint and writing as the other graffiti.

Assault

A report of an assault with a dangerous weapon 9:18 a.m. Friday on Mount Vernon Street.

Theft

A report of larceny under $250 12:41 p.m. Saturday on Bowdoin Street.

A report of motor vehicle larceny at 9:33 p.m. Friday on West Street.


Peabody

Arrests

Alan Thomas Olivole, 37, of 74 Washington St. #2 was arrested 8:20 p.m. Friday at 67 Foster St. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, attaching plates to an unregistered vehicle and possessing a false or stolen RMV signature.

Eber Ramirez, 35, of 189 Hamilton Ave. #3 in Lynn was arrested 5:37 p.m. Saturday for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Matthew S. French, 31, of 500 Northshore Rd. #2A was arrested on charges of breaking and entering a building at night, breaking into a depository, and larceny over $250.

Joseph E. Dick, 32, of 4 Hovey St., Ipswich, was arrested for second offense of operating under the influence of drugs and no possession of a license.

A report of a motor vehicle accident 3:52 p.m. Friday at 222 Newbury St.; at 4:42 p.m. Friday at 153 Newbury St.; at 7:18 p.m. Friday at 210 N. Andover St.

A report of a hit-and-run accident Saturday at 145 Summit St. #A; at 9:32 a.m. Sunday at Peabody Square.

A report of a neighborhood dispute 4:40 p.m. Friday at 1 Melody Rd.

Overdoses

A report of an overdose 7:22 p.m. Saturday at 1 Christopher Terrace.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism 9:29 a.m. Saturday at 144 Main St.; at 11:07 a.m. Saturday at 102 Main St.
