LYNN

Arrests

Stephanie Bell, 32, was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting by asportation and receiving a stolen motor vehicle at 1:55 a.m. Thursday.

Erica Gianellis, 27, of 230 Broadway, was arrested on a warrant charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 8:50 a.m. Thursday.

Jennifer Moura, of 42 Thistle St., was arrested on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection/sticker at 6:39 p.m. Wednesday.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrests

James Edward Powers, 73, of 381 Ferry St, Everett, was arrested and charged with lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct at 3:27 p.m. Wednesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday at Clifton and Atlantic avenues; at 12:41 p.m. Wednesday on Humphrey Street.

Complaints

A caller reported she got a call from Spaulding Rehab cancelling her appointment at 11:08 a.m. Wednesday on Humphrey Street. The woman said she had no appointment and concerned that someone is using her name. At 8:28 p.m. Wednesday, the woman visited the police station to report that someone made an appointment at the YMCA using her name. She knows there is another person by the same name in Marblehead and believes that it may be her.

A landscaper reported a woman has been following him, filming him, and harassing him by saying he is killing the bees at 2:23 p.m. Wednesday at Bayview Road and Neptune Drive. He said he works for True Green Lawn Care and she is interfering with his work on sites throughout town. He would like someone to speak with the woman and ask her to stop harassing him.

A report of suspicious activity at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday on Ocean Avenue. A lot attendant reported the lifeguard alerted him that a man on the beach was fondling himself and acting weird around the children. Police responded and the lifeguard reported the man went into the ladies room inside the Neck Run and locked himself inside.  James Edward Powers, 73, was arrested on charges of lewd, wanton, and lascivious conduct.

A report of a loud party at 11:48 p.m. Wednesday on Fort Sewall Terrace. The party was shut down by police.

Theft

A report of a fake sweepstakes check at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday on Clifton Heights Lane. A man visited the police station to report he received a check for $8.5 million from Global Sweepstakes Payout Services and he believes it is a fraud. Enclosed with the check was a request for immediate payment of $850 for fees, processing, and validation.


MEDFORD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday at Ashland and Salem streets at 6:27 pm. Wednesday; at 3:57 p.m. Thursday on I-93 North.

Overdoses

A report of an overdose at 7:54 a.m. Thursday on Stearns Avenue.


NAHANT

Arrests

Gail Lese, 48, of 75 Willow Rd., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, carrying a dangerous weapon, and assault with a dangerous weapon at 9:50 p.m. Thursday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:26 p.m. Monday on Castle Road.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 9:50 p.m. Monday on Fallon Way; at 10:11 a.m. Wednesday at the Nahant Police Department on Nahant Road.


REVERE

Arrests

Jennifer Khudari, 30, of 41 South Ave. in Revere, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:17 a.m. Wednesday at Stowers and Revere streets; at 3:13 p.m. Wednesday on Squire Road.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with property damage at 11:47 a.m. Wednesday on School Street.

Complaints

A report of harassing phone calls at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday on Winthrop Avenue.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday at  Revere Housing Authority on Cooledge Street.

Theft

A report of a stolen motor vehicle plate at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday on Sargent Street.

A report of an armed robbery at 10:19 p.m. Wednesday on Beach Street.


SAUGUS

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:48 a.m. Wednesday on Walnut Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 1:29 p.m. Wednesday at Boscy’s Liquors at 216 Broadway. A caller reported a vehicle into a building; at 9:09 p.m. Wednesday at 135 Lincoln Ave. A caller reported a woman was struck by a car. Police reported the woman’s car jumped into motion and struck her. She was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.

Fire

A caller reported a neighbor with a fire pit going in the backyard at 12:06 a.m. Thursday on Denver Street. The outside fire pit was extinguished.

Theft

A report of motor vehicle theft at 9:18 a.m. Wednesday at 7B Thomas St. A caller reported her trailer was stolen from 105 Main St.

A report of a larceny at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday at Home Depot at 564 Broadway. A man reported that the rear plate was taken from his truck while he was at the store.
