A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday on Atlantic Avenue. A 911 transfer reported a woman screaming for help. A woman stated she had witnessed a road rage incident on Phillips Street, and the victim was in a silver Nissan and the other vehicle was a late model black Chevy truck. The truck reportedly passed her and got in front of her. He then backed up and struck her before taking off. The original caller stated that she was involved in an accident while driving in Marblehead, and said she was in fear of the other vehicle and was able to get a picture of the truck. A man reported that he was driving his nephew’s truck and was involved in an accident, stating that a gray Nissan hit his truck and drove off. The man, Anacleto Rene Juarez, 26, of Lynn, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of personal injury, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

A woman reported at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday on Gerry Street that a rock had previously been thrown through a window pane at her house, possibly on Sunday or Monday. The window was next to her front door.
