Saria Ech-Chergui, 21, of 99 Canal St., Salem, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 2:11 a.m. Tuesday.

Kathleen Leahy, 19, of 11 Beacon St., Stoneham, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug at 3:27 p.m. Monday.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Lydia A. Donnelly, 27, of 483 Temple St., Duxbury, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 5:16 p.m. Monday.

Complaints

A report of annoying phone calls at 9:53 a.m. Monday on Buena Vista Road. A woman reported receiving a bunch of anonymous phone calls with just heavy breathing on the other end. The woman called back and stated that she knows who the person was and everything is fine.

A report of a man down at 5:14 p.m. Monday at Pleasant Street and Mohawk Road. A caller reported she is with a male on the trail, who stated he was struck by a truck. He was conscious and alert.

A report of harassment at 6:19 p.m. Monday on Wyman Road. A caller reported kids were playing basketball at Seaside Park, making excessive noise, and a woman who works at the church went out, spoke to them and they proceeded to use excessive profanity towards her.


PEABODY

Arrests

Jamie C. Norden, 30, of 44 Butler St., Salem, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs second offense and marked lanes violation at 7:06 p.m. Monday.

Marilena Reyes, 31, of 170 Union St., Apt. 301, Lynn, was arrested and charged with vandalizing property/defacement of real or personal property and disturbing the library at 6:49 p.m. Monday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 9:21 p.m. Monday at Macy’s at 210M Andover St.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday at 27 Elm St.

Complaints

A report of a well-being check at 4:11 p.m. Monday in the vicinity of Kappy’s Liquor at 175 Andover St. A passing motorist stated there was a young girl crossing the highway on her own. She is described as being between six to seven years old and was wearing a pink hat and blue jacket. An officer passed the area earlier and believed that the girl was a little person.

A report of a disturbance at 6:25 p.m. Monday at 25 Walnut St.; at 11:36 p.m. Monday at 74 Walnut St. A caller reported a male party banging at the door.

A report of disorderly conduct at 6:49 p.m. Monday at Peabody Library at 82 Main St. A caller reported a female causing a disturbance and urinating on the floor.

A report of youths smoking marijuana in the park at 8:24 p.m. Monday at Lalikos Park on Nancy Avenue.

A report of wildlife at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday at 48 Goodale St. A caller reported she found what appears to be an injured baby hawk. She has it contained. She was advised to report it to Mass Wildlife, in the event it is considered endangered.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 4:15 p.m. Monday at Peabody Municipal Light Plant at 201 Warren St. A caller reported a theft of copper from a truck on the property some time since March 3. The copper wiring was taken from two different USA Inc. trucks, valued at over $900; at 8:28 p.m. Monday at YMCA at 259 Lynnfield St. A caller reported a stolen iPhone.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 5:56 p.m. Monday at Michelle’s Market at 85 Main St. A caller reported a known person caused damage to her vehicle; at 9:08 p.m. Monday at 274 Lynnfield St. A resident stated that a campaign sign was knocked down and the mail was removed from the mailbox and ripped up and thrown on the ground. There are no suspects; at 10:58 a.m. Tuesday at Legacy Auto Sales at 92 Foster St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 4:49 p.m. Monday at 122 Hamilton St. A caller reported a head on collision on Floyd Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 5:36 p.m. Monday at 47 Newhall Ave. A caller reported a past break at her mother’s apartment, stating that her medication was stolen.

Complaints

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 6 a.m. Tuesday at Dunkin Donuts at 1204 Broadway. A manager reported that there has been a male living in a car in their parking lot for a few days. An officer reported the party has been moved along.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 1:05 p.m. Monday at Citizens Bank at 180 Main St. A man reported his debit card was used to take money out in New York; at 3:31 p.m. Monday at Roller World at 425 Broadway. A woman reported her credit card was stolen while she was at the skating rink.

A report of a larceny of a motor vehicle at 4:37 p.m. Monday at Barnes & Noble at 444 Broadway. An officer reported the vehicle was located in the Home Depot parking lot.


SWAMPSCOTT

Arrest

Serafina Moreira, 47, of 183 Chestnut St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with four counts of larceny over $250, possession of a knife with a blade over two and a half inches, possession of a burglarious instrument, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender, failure to stop/yield, registration not in possession and receiving stolen property at 5:50 p.m. Monday.

Complaints

A report of a squirrel struck by a car at 1:58 p.m. Monday at 183 Aspen Road. Animal Control was notified.

A report of suspicious activity at 4:57 a.m. Tuesday at 80 Pine St. A caller reported two male parties fled the area once they made eye contact.

Fire

A report of a fire at 5:15 p.m. Monday at 16 Juniper Road. A caller put out the fire but could not shut off the fire alarm.
