LYNN

Arrests

Clarence Byers, 66, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing at 5:29 p.m. Monday.

Wastter Guerra, 26, was arrested and charged with eight counts of armed and masked robbery, unarmed robbery and warrant charges of Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute and disorderly conduct at 9:52 a.m. Tuesday.

Jose Machado, 24, was arrested and charged with trespassing and violation of the city knife ordinance at 10:39 p.m. Monday.

Moises Ortiz, 28, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 10:25 p.m. Monday.

Eduardo Saldana, 38, of 78 Central Ave., Apt. 404, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding at 9:15 p.m. Monday.

Euston St Jean, 25, of 2 Avon Court, Wakefield, was arrested and charged with distribution of a Class B drug at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday.

Stephen Suslowicz, 30, of 286 Newbury St., Peabody, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug and possession with a Class E drug at 11:54 a.m. Tuesday,

A package was reported taken from a caller’s home at 8:50 a.m. Monday on Devereux Street.

PEABODY

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2 p.m. Monday at 6 Foster St. One person was taken to Lahey Hospital; at 6:24 p.m. Monday at 85 Andover St. and 6 Esquire Drive; at 6:24 p.m. Monday at 85 Andover St. and 6 Esquire Road. A caller reported a branch fell from a tractor trailer truck, striking and damaging his vehicle; at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at Dunkin’ Donuts at 79 Lynnfield St. Connie Glentadakis, 64, of 24 Coolidge Ave., was cited for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 5:01 p.m. Monday at US Post Office at 4 Essex Center Drive. A car into a tree was reported. One person was taken to Beverly Hospital.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 12:21 p.m. Tuesday at 82 Ellsworth Road. Spare change was taken from the vehicle.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 2:47 p.m. Monday at 3 Harvard St. A female healthcare worker reported a white Jeep had been following her since she left her home in Lynn and was sitting outside her employer’s residence all day. An officer reported the person was a private investigator and was told to go to the station to check in.

A report of a road rage incident at 2:50 p.m. Monday at 1 Andover St. and 1 Pulaski St. A caller reported the driver of another car threw something at her car and then displayed what appeared to be a taser at her. Patrice Gianareles, 22, of 5 Ayer St., was summoned for possession of a dangerous weapon/stun gun.

A report of a disturbance at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday at Kelly’s Square Pub at 135 Washington St.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 10:27 p.m. Monday on Main Street. The person was taken to Salem Hospital.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday at South Memorial School at 24 Maple St. A woman reported her wallet was stolen from her pocketbook.

Arrests

Brandee Dee Collins, 33, of 2 Malden St., Apt. 5, was arrested on a warrant at 8:40 p.m. Monday.

Jeffrey A. Gaudette, 24, of 64 Pemberton St., was arrested and charged with buying/receiving a stolen motor vehicle, operating recklessly so as to endanger, operating after a revoked license or revoked right to operate, failure to stop for a police officer while operating a motor vehicle, speeding, marked lanes violation, one way violation and passing violation at 7:25 p.m. Monday.

Edin Masic, 48, of 15 Parkside Place, Apt. 301, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 8:33 p.m. Monday.

Thann Nguon, 34, of 52 Thornton St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a warrant at 8:14 a.m. Monday.

Police reported the vehicle did not strike the house, but did run through the bushes in front of the residence; at 10:19 p.m. Saturday at 5 Ballard St. and 82 Lincoln Ave. One person was taken to Melrose Wakefield Hospital; at 12:04 a.m. Sunday at Pearle Vision Express at 739 Broadway; at 1:11 p.m. Sunday at 190 Broadway; at 7:57 p.m. Monday at Walgreens at 166 Walnut St.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 11:32 a.m. Friday at Old Navy at 1277 Broadway. A woman reported her wallet was stolen out of her purse while she was at work; at 12:29 p.m. Saturday at Square One Mall at 1201 Broadway. An iPhone was reported stolen from Old Navy; at 11:06 a.m. Monday at Mattress Firm at 600 Broadway; at 8:24 p.m. Monday at Kowloon Restaurant at 948 Broadway. An employee reported multiple customers have stated their purses have been stolen.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 2:42 a.m. Monday at Belmonte Middle School at 29 Dow St. One the wall of the building facing the baseball field, someone wrote the word “gang” in white letters.
