LYNN — Knowledge Is Power Program (KIPP) senior Courtney Potter (above) is the charter school’s first QuestBridge Scholar with plans to attend Davidson College in North Carolina this fall. QuestBridge connects the nation’s brightest students from low-income backgrounds with leading institutions of higher education and further opportunities.
KIPP’s Fernando Barrientos, Kayla McCellon and Temitope Sholola have all been named Posse Scholars. Fernando Barrientos and Temitope (Tope) Sholola will be attending Denison University in Ohio and Kayla McClellon will attend Bucknell University in Pennsylvania.
