Arrests

Carmen Collazo, 40, of 498 Essex St., was arrested and charged with taking/allowing/present at betting, possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card and unlawful possession of ammo without a firearm identification card at 5:07 p.m. Sunday.

Philip Falcucci, 31, of 124 Crescent Ave., Revere, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 8:44 p.m. Sunday.

Cheryl Kenney, 36, of 126 Union St., was arrested and charged with possession of a Class E drug and on warrant charges of larceny by false pretense and receiving stolen property at 1:01 p.m. Sunday.

Christopher Muolo, 28, of 131 Cottage St., Revere, was arrested on a warrant at 10:59 a.m. Monday.

Diana Sosa, of 916 Shirley Ave., Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant charge of larceny at 12:28 p.m. Monday.

A report of an assault and battery at 8:46 p.m. Saturday at Tides Restaurant on Wilson Road.

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:53 a.m. Sunday at Nahant Police Department on Nahant Road.


MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A report of a low hanging wire at 9:31 a.m. Sunday on Village Street. A caller reported she was walking her dog and noticed a very low hanging wire. She didn’t think it was live, but was unsure. An officer reported the wire was properly positioned and was a communications wire. It wasn’t electrical.

A caller requested information at 5:47 p.m. Sunday on Euclid Avenue about a “tough love program” for her daughter because her daughter abuses her.

Christopher S. Collins, 44, of 798 Main St., Apt. 2, Wakefield, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor second offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 5:40 p.m. Sunday.

Stacey J. Falcucci, 29, of 124 Crescent Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested on a warrant at 6:19 p.m. Sunday.

Patrick J. Murphy, 30, of Lynn, was arrested on warrants at 1:01 a.m. Friday.

Edwin Moises Peralta-Santana, 23, of 550 Pearl St., Apt. 213, Reading, Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged with disorderly person, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer at 3:40 a.m. Sunday.

Brahian Suarez, 18, of 14 Staples Ave., Apt. 2, Everett, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation at 2:20 a.m. Sunday.

Abel A. Vasquez-Rivera, 40, of 121 Hichborn St., was arrested and charged with failure to signal before stopping/turning at 5:35 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 8:27 a.m. Friday on Walnut Street. A caller reported a motor vehicle accident on the Route 1S off-ramp by Walnut Street with airbag deployment. The fire captain reported a single-vehicle crash, with the sole occupant, the driver, ambulatory upon arrival, but who declined medical attention; at 11:38 a.m. Friday at Walnut Street and Blueridge Avenue; at 3:43 p.m. Saturday at Burger King Restaurant/Janco Central Inc. at 1449 Broadway. A four car motor vehicle accident was reported.

A report of vandalism at 1:29 a.m. Friday at 27 Evergreen St. A caller reported an unknown person throwing something at her large pane glass window. An officer reported the property was damaged by thrown eggs on a motor vehicle and the caller’s pane glass window; at 6:34 a.m. Friday at 27 Spring St.
