Complaints

A report of kids skateboarding in the street at 12:26 p.m. Sunday on Washington Street. A manager reported four kids skateboarding on Washington Street and they nearly got hit by a car. She stated she tried telling them not to skateboard on the street and they “totally ignored her.” An officer reported the kids returned and apologized to the woman for their behavior.

Theft

A report of stolen bikes at 12:39 p.m. Sunday on Rockaway Avenue. A caller reported two bikes were missing.

A report of packages taken at 8:52 p.m. Sunday on Humphrey Street. A caller reported that while he was away over the weekend, he came home to packages thrown across his yard, with part of the order in one of the boxes taken.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:31 p.m. Sunday at 56 Washington St. and 5 Aborn St.; at 6:03 p.m. Sunday at 2 Fairview Ave. and 201 Lynn St. Alvaro Perez, 18, of 48 Timson St., Lynn, was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; at 6:36 p.m. Sunday at Container Store at 210C Andover St.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 4:39 p.m. Sunday at Community Outreach Center at 210 Andover St.; at 12:57 p.m. Monday at Big Y at 637 Lowell St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 12:05 p.m. Monday at 357 Lowell St. and 64 Proctor Circle. One person was taken to Lahey Hospital.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 4:19 p.m. Sunday at 29 Paleologos St. A caller reported the house was broken into, several items were missing and the place was ransacked.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 9:48 a.m. Monday at 15 Dudley St. An officer reported nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 3:25 p.m. Sunday at 2 Hancock St. A possible domestic was reported, but it turned out to be a child who was playing Xbox and got mad at the game; at 6:18 p.m. Sunday at CMCS at 13 Keys Drive.

A report of suspicious activity at 3:55 p.m. Sunday at 20 Wallis St. and 37 Walnut St. A caller reported an unconscious woman being placed by two men into a motor vehicle. An officer reported being unable to find the woman or vehicle; at 5:53 p.m. Sunday at 300 Andover St. A caller reported two men checking vehicles in the area; at 8:11 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Fatima Church at 50 Walsh Ave. A caller reported she witnessed an elderly woman cutting flowers from the yards of other residences.

Overdose

A report of a possible overdose at 12:31 p.m. Monday on Haskell Place. One person was taken to Salem Hospital.

Theft

A report of a robbery at 9:15 p.m. Sunday at 66 Wallis St. A victim reported that he was robbed at knifepoint and pepper sprayed, with $85 in cash taken. The male suspect is described as a dark-skinned, Hispanic man in his 30s. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, pajama pants, glasses, had a beard and displayed a large knife. The female suspect is described as a white woman and heavy-set. She was described as under the influence and was wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, pajama pants and displayed a small knife.

A report of a larceny at 1:49 p.m. Monday at 1 Haskell Place.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 1:08 a.m. Monday at 17 Sewall St. A man reported his tires were slashed. An officer discovered a second vehicle with slashed tires; at 12:21 p.m. Monday at 98 Central St. A keyed motor vehicle was reported.

Arrests

Erwin Y. Herrera-Garcia, 30, of 198 Chelsea St., Apt. 2, Boston, was arrested and charged with failure to stop, OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 1:02 a.m. Saturday.

Anthony M. Riley, 27, of 140 Harvard St., Cambridge, was arrested and charged with two counts of an attempt to commit crime, improper possession of ammunition, rifle and shotgun, carrying a loaded firearm and carrying a firearm without a license at 10:08 p.m. Sunday.

Nicole M. Thain, 33, of 1509 North Shore Road, was arrested on warrants at 11:03 a.m. Friday.

Stephanie L. Vozella, 31, of 7 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested on warrants at 4:47 p.m. Friday.
