LYNN

Arrests

Elodia Carrillo, was arrested on warrant charges of three counts of larceny, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, motor vehicle lights violation and moped violation at 3:12 p.m. Wednesday.

Michelle Chavez, of 49 Placestead Road, Malden, was arrested on a warrant charge of sexual conduct for a fee at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday.

Nelson Correa, was arrested on warrant charges of larceny at 11:13 a.m. Wednesday.

Edward Diaz, 32, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, larceny of a credit card and on a warrant charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Christopher Fernald, 58, of 130 Pleasant St., Marblehead, was arrested and charged with three counts of failure to stop/yield, failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a Class B drug at 11:18 a.m. Wednesday.

Davia Gunderman, 23, of 25 Bowler St., was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle and on warrant charges of OUI drugs and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 4:10 a.m. Wednesday.

James Kalloger, 29, of 46 Rainbow Terrace, Salem, was arrested and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and receiving a stolen motor vehicle at 3:38 a.m. Wednesday.

Aydin Melecio, 37, of 178 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee at 2:21 a.m. Wednesday.

Roberto Pacheco, 58, of 138 S Common St., was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday.

Eric Perez, 24, of 19 Salem St., was arrested and charged with larceny, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery to collect a loan at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Raynette Raynor, 59, of 103 Liberty St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a person over 60/disabled at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday on Atlantic Avenue.

Complaints

A woman sent police photos showing evidence of the neighbors shining lasers into her apartment at 3:01 p.m. Tuesday on Elm Street. Officers investigated and found that it was a metallic, purple pinwheel inside of the apartment, which shines a purple beam when the sun hits it. An officer took photos and spun the pinwheel around so the sun no longer hits it. Police also took photos of the outside of the house, which show that the window is completely obstructed by bushes, as is the window of the house she alleges is shining the laser at her house.

A report of items possibly taken at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday on Wallace Road. A woman reported she was missing money and sunglasses.


PEABODY

Arrest

George A. Siopis, 31, of 12 Blaney Ave., was arrested on a warrant at 9:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:17 p.m. Tuesday at Blinds to Go at 201 Andover St.; at 9:37 a.m. Wednesday at 278 Newbury St.; at 10:32 a.m. Wednesday at Lynnfield Street and 147 Summit St.; at 11:56 a.m. Wednesday at Bishop Fenwick School at 83 Margin St.

Complaints

A report of a DPW callout at 3:52 p.m. Tuesday at 596 Lowell St. and 2 Johnson St. A sinkhole was reported. DPW was notified of the large water break. An officer reported a strong odor of gas coming from the area.

A report of suspicious activity at 8:44 p.m. Tuesday at Leather City Commons at 77 Lowell St. A caller reported a suspicious man pushing and hitting the bushes in the commons.

A report of a disturbance at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday at 14 Grant St.; at 11:23 p.m. Tuesday at Kappy’s Liquor at 175 Andover St.; at 12:37 a.m. Wednesday at 11 Veterans Memorial Drive; at 5:18 a.m. Wednesday at 168 Washington St. A caller reported she was assaulted by a man; at 1:02 p.m. Wednesday at Gaeta’s Auto Service at 153 Newbury St.

A report of a cat in the tree at 8:16 a.m. Wednesday at 30 Sunset Drive. A caller reported a cat high up in a tree behind her home. An officer told her to give it a day to get back down. Police also suggested that she leave a can of tuna at the base of the tree. She was told to call the ARL of Boston if it doesn’t come back down on its own.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 12:42 p.m. Wednesday at Peabody District Court at 1 Lowell St. A caller reported his phone was stolen from the courthouse entrance.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 8:51 a.m. Wednesday at Paras Electric at 106 Lynn St. A man reported some landscape damage and thought he knew who was involved.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 12:46 a.m. Tuesday at Select Car Rental on VFW Parkway.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:54 a.m. Tuesday at Target on Furlong Drive; at 11:16 a.m. Tuesday at Woody’s Liquor on Broadway; at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday on Lynnway; at 7:33 p.m. Tuesday on Freeman Street; at 11:31 p.m. Tuesday on Reservoir Avenue.

Assaults

A report of an assault at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday on Nahant Avenue.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 4:38 p.m. Tuesday at Select Car Rental on VFW Parkway.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 1:59 a.m. Tuesday on Florence Avenue.

Overdose

A report of a possible overdose at 7:17 p.m. Tuesday on Ambrose Street.

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 9:01 a.m. Tuesday on Revere Street.

A report of auto theft at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday at Roseland Properties on Overlook Ridge Drive.

A report of a larceny at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday at Route 1 Shell on Bennett Highway. Zachary P. Titus, 21, of 21 Forrester Road, Wakefield, was summoned for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.


SAUGUS

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday at Dunkin Donuts at 1204 Broadway.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:56 p.m. Tuesday at Michael’s Crafts at 607 Broadway.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 11:06 a.m. Tuesday at 18 Cedar Glen Circle. A caller reported he saw a man fleeing his house and later noticed his garage had been rummaged through with tools missing. He also reported pry marks on his back sliding door. An officer confirmed the attempted break; at 1:16 a.m. Wednesday at 6 Saugus Ave. A caller reported she believes someone attempted to break into the rear window of her house. Police reported finding an open window, but said it was left open by the resident earlier in the evening.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday at Red Roof Inn at 920 Broadway. A caller who wished to remain anonymous stated he went to the Red Roof Inn to get a massage and when he got to the room, the woman was offering a different service.
